We are a group of HR professionals and specialists with a shared passion for employee wellbeing and engagement.  We come together in a two hour forum meeting every other month to talk and learn about topics focused on improving the wellbeing of people in business.

The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert, personal or business perspective.The topic for this meeting is &#x27;The new world of flexible/hybrid working.&#x27;Since the pandemic a number of businesses have adopted new flexible working patterns e.g. hybrid.Whilst the practicalities of this new way of working are starting to become the ‘norm’, the impact on employee wellbeing now starting to surface.This forum will look at flexible working (including hybrid) from an employee wellbeing perspective. As HR and Business Leaders we have a duty to look after our people (wherever they are based). Understanding the challenges and knowing what you can do to help overcome these for your people is paramount to making flexible working a success and retaining good people.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our forum welcomes:<ul><li>Senior HR Leaders</li><li>Business Owners (who have a HR role within the business)</li><li>Engagement &amp; Wellbeing Specialists </li><li>Associated service providers (whose services are primarily specific to HR Leaders).</li></ul>RECRUITMENT COMPANIES - Please note - we have a maximum restriction of no more than 3 recruitment companies in the meeting. If the number booked on is exceeded we will notify you and refund any event fees paid.MLM COMPANIES - Due to the nature of the forum we do not feel that this is the right forum for you to promote your products/services.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------COVID-19 - We will continue to closely monitor government guidelines for events to ensure our forum is safe and comfortable for all attendees. Should we need to, this event will revert to an online event and will be conducted over Zoom.
