Aimed at early- and mid-level screen industry professionals who want to develop resilience in the face of rejection, this free, hour-long workshop will help you look at creative solutions to challenges, build confidence by breaking negative thoughts down and examine how you can develop resilience to get back up after being knocked down.Participants will be encouraged to question what they want to achieve in their careers and identify practical steps to break cycles of negative thinking.Trainer<a href="https://www.abouttheadventure.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sarah Lister</a> is a qualified coach who runs career change workshops, usually out in nature in the Peak District. Sarah is a freelancer who hosts the About The Adventure podcast and is also involved in <a href="https://sheffield.digital/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sheffield Digital</a>, helping small businesses with social media management, promoting events, managing membership, mentoring, administration tasks, and communication. Her passion is helping people use creativity in their work and coaching people on how you can use unique experiences to start something completely new.
