At In2scienceUK, we empower young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to reach their potential in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM). Through mentoring, skills workshops and work placements, we give students the inspiration and support they need to succeed in higher education and STEM careers.

The In2scienceUK programme provides disadvantaged Year 12 students with the support, skills and experience needed to achieve their potential and progress to degrees, apprenticeships and careers in STEM. The programme connects students to volunteers from different fields within STEM to share their insights and knowledge. Our volunteers host up to three students for a one or two-week in-person placement during the summer of 2022 to complement our programme of online activities.The In2scienceUK team provides full support and training to its volunteers to enable them to develop and deliver engaging opportunities, in turn helping students of all abilities to build the skills, knowledge and confidence to produce successful university and apprenticeship applications. Join us for this session to hear more about volunteering with In2scienceUK in 2022 and ask your questions. We are offering several dates and times! You can choose your preferred time when selecting your tickets. <ul><li>Thursday 17th February 18:00-19:00</li><li>Tuesday 15th March 8:00-9:00</li><li>Wednesday 30th March 15:00-16:00</li></ul>
