This is the Annual General Meeting for the IABA Ltd Company.

Attendee Registration has now ended for this AGM.

You are invited to the IABA AGM on Sunday, December 20th at 7.00pm. It is important to note that this AGM will deal with company matters, only. IABA is required, under company law, to hold an AGM before the end of the year.One vote will take place, on re-appointment of auditors, BKRM. Voting in elections to Central Council has been deferred to allow candidates in the elections to Central Council affected by the recent determination of the Independent Membership Panel to exercise their right to an external appeal of that decision, using the mechanisms of Sports Dispute Service Ireland, SDSI. Elections to Central Council will take place early in 2022.This AGM will take place online, only. If your affiliated club is unable to attend on December 20th, but your club’s voting delegate still wishes to vote on the reappointment of auditors, you will need to register for this event to be able to do so”Please Note: •	Affiliated clubs may send two delegates to the AGM, one voting delegate and one non-voting delegate. During the registration process, please ensure that you name your voting delegate and your non-voting delegate appropriately. This cannot be changed.- This meeting will be recorded. Only registered and affiliated IABA members will be permitted to attend the AGM. Zoom Information:1. If the system asks to install from a trusted site then please select yes. 3. Once installed the zoom app will automatically open, please select &#x27;Sign In&#x27; DO NOT &#x27;JOIN&#x27;4. When you see the next pop out screen, please log in with your details if you have them already or click &#x27;Sign Up for Free&#x27;5. You will be taken to the zoom.us sign up page. Please insert your age (this wont be saved)6. Then insert the email that you used to register with Eventbrite 7. Go to your emails and select &#x27;Activate your account&#x27;8. This will take you back to Zoom.us and it will ask you create your password, enter it into the 2 boxes and ENTER9. One the next page select &#x27;Skip &#x27;10. This will take you to your account - then Sign Out by hoovering over the top right person icon and left clicking the mouse and select &#x27;Sign Out&#x27;. Your Zoom account is now set up.11. You will receive an email from Eventbrite just before the AGM is due to start. You can then select &#x27;Join the Event&#x27;12. You will be taken to the Eventbrite Event page where you will click on Join Zoom meeting. If the email address matches you will be entered into the Zoom waiting room and then you will be admitted as soon as possible.If you have any queries please email us on info@iaba.ie.
