About this event
Mondays 6-7pm:
Rheanna (she/her) is an Ayurvedic practitioner, massage therapist and yoga instructor. She brings Ayurveda into her classes by helping the body and mind absorb and benefit from the current season while releasing any excess/accumulation, restoring balance in the system. Her yoga style is a mix of gentle flowing hatha and vinyasa and can be made appropriate for beginners, advance students and pregnant people.
Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm :
Anna (she/her) teaches gentle vinyasa flow including some deeper stretches and plenty of time to rest and reflect. After Anna's classes you will feel refreshed and grounded.
27th/10th
Kerry (she/her) teaches Hatha yoga, a slower-paced practice that combines controlled movement and stretching with the breath. Kerry aims to make her classes inclusive and accessible, and will happily provide modifications and verbal adjustments to cater for every body. You will leave this class feeling centred, energised and relaxed.
