<h2>Theme for 2022: Building Resilience for the Future</h2>In line with World Self Harm Awareness Day, 1st March 2022, Harmless will be offering 8 sessions with a range of expert speakers on a variety of topics pertinent to the field of self harm prevention. This unique , CPD-accredited conference will now be offered as a series of pre-recorded sessions to be released over March 2022, available to view via the Harmless e-portal.IMPORTANT NOTE ON CONFERENCE FORMAT CHANGE:In light of the recent developments with COVID and the strain currently faced by many services, we have decided to mitigate against the challenges that may prevent many of you from attending our usual live-hosted National Self harm and Suicide Prevention Conference. This will help us to preserve the high quality of conference content we are accustomed to delivering. We will still be launching our conference on 1st March however we will now be offering access to pre-recorded sessions with our speakers rather than live sessions. These will be accessible to all delegates from March on the Harmless e-portal . We will be releasing 4 sessions on 1st March, and another 4 sessions on 15th March, which you can view in your own time. Sessions will be available to view for one month following your enrolment to our e-portal.In addition to the recorded content, the Harmless team will host two live Q&amp;A sessions on Zoom throughout March for any questions for speakers plus questions about our services:<ul><li>15th March 2022, 10.00-11.00</li><li>29th March 2022, 10.00-11.00</li></ul>We are charging a fixed fee of just £50 for access to quality, specialist, evidence-based, CPD-accredited content. This fee will cover our administration costs, and help us to sustain our life-saving support sessions to those impacted by self harm and suicide across the UK. We have an amazing line up of Confirmed Speakers:<ul><li>Sarah Kessling (Harmless &amp; The Tomorrow Project)</li><li>Leanne Moulton &amp; Harmless Clinical Team colleagues (Harmless &amp; The Tomorrow Project)</li><li>Dr. Alexandra Pitman (Clinical Associate Professor &amp; Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist, University College London)</li><li>Karen Lascelles (Nurse Consultant, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust)</li><li>Dr. Sarah Rowe (Associate Professor, Division of Psychiatry, University College London)</li><li>Karen Bulsara (Carer and Expert through Lived Experience, including peer learning to support those impacted by self harm)</li><li>Andrea Cockram - Clinical and Strategic Lead for the Personality Discorder Pathway. (Nottingham HC Foundation Trust)</li><li>Sal Smith (Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust)</li></ul>As ever, delegates can expect to take away from the conference a range of knowledge, inspiration and practical applications for the implementation in real life personal and professional situations.
