Ayurvedic yoga to nourish the soul and keep us in balance through each season. Hatha/vinyasa style.

<p>Rheanna (she/her) is an Ayurvedic practitioner, massage therapist and yoga instructor. She brings Ayurveda into her classes by helping the body and mind absorb and benefit from the current season while releasing any excess/accumulation, restoring balance in the system. Her yoga style is a mix of gentle flowing hatha and vinyasa and can be made appropriate for beginners, advance students and pregnant people. </p>
