About usAs women we have come a long way and have been fortunate to enjoy many of the privileges we use today because of strong women who have paved the way for us. There is still much more work to be done as we re-define society's perception of gender roles and inclusivity. The under representation of women in global leadership roles persists and remains a threat to gender equality.Giving women greater economic empowerment means enabling women to increase their right to economic resources and their control over meaningful decisions that benefit themselves, their households and communities. Our events provide a platform to bring people together to network and learn from others with social, educational, and economical achievements. The goal is to create a safe space where ambitious women can connect and grow to be experts where they are destined to dominate unapologetically.

We chose the theme ‘Influence You, Influence Her’ to remind women that the most important person to influence is ‘Yourself’ . Ever heard the saying 'You can't pour out of an empty cup'? Essentially , it means we need to look after ourselves in order to take care of others .
