Arts Against Racism Workshop - MONITOR - Session 4

This workshop will explore how we should continue to monitor, benchmark and account for anti-racist action in the sector.

Earlier this year, Inc Arts launched the <a href="https://www.incartsunlock.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Unlock anti-racist toolkit</a>. This enabled like-for-like comparisons on the core actions that organisations and workers can take to building equality, inclusivity and diversity. This workshop will explore how we should continue to monitor, benchmark and account for anti-racist action in the sector. What questions should we be asking? What are the standards we should set in anti-racist action? Who should be evaluating this action? How can we measure change?
