This training session is for those who like to become a mentor in the GrowBiz Mentoring Programme.

The Mentoring Programme is designed to support mentees to raise business horizons, explore new possibilities, create focused strategies and develop self-awareness and confidence. ​​This training will enable you to provide this support to our mentees. You will learn the necessary interpersonal skills and we’ll also look at:<ul><li>Understand the qualities and skills required to be an effective mentor</li><li>Use planning and prioritising tools with a mentee</li><li>Become more self aware and better able to understand others</li></ul>The training will take place in 2 sessions: <ul><li>9.30 - 11 : introduction to the mentoring programme and skills development</li><li>11.30 - 1 : challenges, practical tips + putting theory into practice</li></ul>GrowBiz was the first and remains the only business mentoring programme in Scotland that has achieved the Scottish Mentoring Network Quality Standard and has been recognised for three years as Business Mentoring programme of the year by the <a href="https://scottishmentoringnetwork.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Scottish Mentoring Network</a>.If you have any questions, please contact Clair Smith on clair@growbiz.co.uk

This event will take place on zoom, it will not be recorded.You will require audio and preferably video on your device to take part in the session. If you've not used Zoom before, join 15 minutes early and use the Chat facility if you need any help getting set up.
