Brighton and Sussex Medical School Outreach Team

Mrs Beaton has been experiencing some pain.  Join us as we follow her journey through the NHS.

After giving a brief overview of the NHS and its core values, we will begin our journey with Mrs Beaton as she navigates our healthcare service. From an initial GP visit to further clinical investigations, treatment and finally palliative care, we&#x27;ll explore what happens at every step of her journey and discuss which members of the healthcare team may be involved. Please note, this session will discuss topics of a potentially sensitive nature including Cancer and death.This talk is suitable for people aged 15+ and will be conducted via the <a href="https://zoom.us/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Zoom videoconferencing software</a>.
