We're delighted to have one of our experienced mentors, Professor Jane Portlock, sharing the concept of Cultural Competence and its importance in mentoring relationships.
The Community of Practice is open to all staff who have attended mentoring training and are providing mentoring to a colleague at Sussex. If you haven’t attended before, you are very welcome to join.
The CoP provides mentors with the opportunity to:
- Share insights and best practice
- Receive co-supervision from peers
- Build mentoring capability
- Practice and enhance knowledge.
This session will be facilitated by Sarah O'Malley, Organisational Development Adviser.
