Course Objectives1. To understand confidentiality, Information Governance and GDPR Regulations2. To learn about the roles and responsibilities of staff handling prescription requests3. To learn about the different types of prescriptions and their regulations4. To understand the ways of requesting repeat prescriptions5. To look at the journey of a prescription from request to completion6. To ensure accurate communication with all involved in the prescription process7.
