A sensory nature connection journey under the canopy of trees - mindfulness in nature for relaxation and wellbeing.Join us as we step under the canopy of trees and immerse in the sensory atmosphere of our carefully selected locations. Research shows that nature connection under canopy of trees gives us a mental and physical boost.The name 'Forest Bathing' comes from the Japanese 'Shinrin Yoku', which means 'forest shower': a sensory immersion in the forest atmosphere, (not water!). A forest bathing /nature connection event is as indulgent as a spa day, but is much more inspiring, educational, totally unique and (usually) we don't get wet!
