Discover the beautiful Temple of Peace in Cardiff’s historic civic quarter in this unique lunchtime yoga session delivered by Laguna Health &amp; Spa. Laguna Health &amp; Spa are health and fitness experts that run a range of innovative exercise classes at their health club in the Park Plaza hotel in Cardiff. www.lagunahealthandspa.comAs part of FOR You Week, they will deliver a relaxing yoga class at the Temple of Peace on Friday 21st of January from 12pm-1pm. Please bring your own yoga mat as equipment won't be provided. Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. This session is part of FOR You Week (17-23 Jan) - a week organised by FOR Cardiff to support employee wellbeing.
