<h2>When working with any child you will see behaviours, these can be positive behaviours as well as those that are deemed negative. </h2>Here at Sunshine Support we see the behaviour and ask ourselves 'what is the person trying to tell me'. All behaviour is a form of communication. Join the Sunshine Support team who specialised in Early Years and Social Care and the expert Speech and Language Therapist Libby Hill, in this brand new webinar we take an multi disciplinary team approach to help explain what the behaviours are in 0-5 years old and how to support them. What we will cover:<ul><li>Observing behaviour and explaining what it means</li><li>How to keep a record of the behaviour to identify triggers</li><li>The importance of routine and how to implement it</li><li>Support with transitions at home and school</li><li>Understanding different behaviour systems and finding what works for your child</li><li>How to support your child when experiencing behaviours</li><li>Physical intervention - what is acceptable in school and the home </li></ul>As always there will be time for questions throughout the presentation. Slides, references and CPD certificates will be available to attendees along with a recording to watch the webinar again for up to 30 days afterwards.

<h1>How do our webinars work? </h1>Once you have purchased a ticket, you will be emailed a link to register for the event on ZOOM. It’s really important you register as soon as possible, as we manually check everyone in for safeguarding and security reasons. Once registered you will be sent a link to join us on the night, almost as if the 'room to the door' is opened for you and you're checked in. Click on the link to the ZOOM room 15 mins before the live webinar is to start, and make sure you are logged into ZOOM beforehand. If you encounter any issues please visit www.sunshine-support.org/troubleshooting The video of the webinar will be available to watch for 30 days after the webinar takes place, so if you need to leave the webinar at any time or can't make it at that specific time you can watch again at your leisure. <h1>About Kelly-Marie Copp
</h1>Enquiries and Caseload Manager
Kelly has had an extensive career in early years since 2004; managing nurseries and preschools with high levels of SEN needs. Kelly has been a wonderfully positive and supportive advocate for parents and carers seeking additional support from education, health and care, and remains hugely passionate about the long term benefits of early help and support.
 
Kelly has developed expertise in the statutory assessment process and shares the Sunshine Support belief that co-production between agencies and home is the most productive way of achieving the best outcomes for children.
 
Kelly also has the all-important lived experience, having a a child with SEN herself and so can thoroughly empathise with the challenges that families face.
 
Kelly manages our enquiries and allocation of cases to our expert advocates, Kelly is likely to be the first person you speak to at Sunshine and she will take time to understand what you’re going through in order to get the best team to help you. She is the glue that holds our busy caseload and advocates together, and has a very sunny disposition!

<h1>About Charlotte James
</h1>SEND Advocate - England
Charlotte has worked with children for over 20 years and is passionate about each child meeting their full potential. She believes that SEN should not be a barrier to progress and that with the right provision and understanding, every individual can thrive.

As a qualified teacher, Charlotte has worked with a wide range of age groups but is a specialist in Early Years Education and early child development. Her most recent role was supporting EY settings and schools as a local authority SEN Advisor and she has a wealth of experience in early identification and support.

Charlotte feels passionately that we achieve the best outcomes for our children though coproduction. She is experienced in bringing parents, professionals, and settings together to support the needs of the child.

Charlotte has a range of experience in delivering training to the sector including to schools, EY settings, parents, and childminders. She has delivered training on a wide range of subjects including Autism on behalf of the Autism Education Trust (AET).

In her spare time, Charlotte is studying for a Masters in Psychology and hopes to one day retrain as an Educational Psychologist. To relax, Charlotte enjoys spending time in her garden and baking.

<h1>About Corrina Wood 
</h1>Head of Family Support
Corrina Wood has experience of managing and developing support services for families for over 15 years. She has a Joint Honours Degree in Psychology and Human Geography and a Masters in Autism.
Corrina is an authorised facilitator of the evidence-based Cygnet training programme for parents of Autistic children and delivers regular training and consultancy on neurodivergent presentations.
Corrina provides incredible and meaningful family support and strategies for parents and carers, undertakes parenting assessments to evidence specialist social care support for tribunals and court cases. Corrina can advise on Child Protection issues, benefits, social care, FII (Fabricated or Induced Illness) and provides specialist advice/guidance for families all over the UK.
Corrina has 4 children with Autism Spectrum Conditions so has first-hand experience of the challenges faced both personally and professionally.

<h1>About Libby Hill
</h1>Libby qualified as a speech and language therapist from the prestigious University College, London in 1986. She remains as passionate about what she does now as she was then, which most definitely comes across in her work. 
Her practical, pragmatic approach works well with all children. 
She is a member of the Royal College of Speech and language therapists and ASLTIP and is registered with the Health Professions Council. She also has an enhanced CRB/DBS check.
Libby set up Small Talk Speech and language therapy in 2007 which has grown to include speech and language therapists, SLT assistants, early years practitioners and counsellors with access to Clinical Psychology and Educational Psychology. 
She set up Smart Talkers Pre-School communication groups in 2009 which are franchised in the UK and abroad. In 2011 she created S &amp; L World, the global bulletin for Speech and language professionals which she continues to edit. 
Her latest projects include a website to provide speech therapy materials and being consultant speech and language therapist to Channel 4s ‘Born naughty?’.
