We gather under the bare sky, walking and adventuring into the hedgerows, trees and fields. to gather, forage, smell and touch our surrounding flora and nature space.2. Make:  Using the seasonal materials nature has provided us with, we create transient art works with nature, music, sounds, collect flowers for pressing, or create wild skin food or make foraged dishes to share.3. Grow: The cottage garden offers a wonderful stepping stone as a learning community space for growing our own food at home. We have fruits and vegetable for our guests to gather or dig from the earth or pluck from the trees to use for our own meals.4. Breathe: The act of foraging slows us down as we tune into our senses and rediscover our power, connection and oneness with the surrounding sights, sounds and smells or the natural world.5.  Nourish: Each retreat offers a different energy packed lunch; home grown grazing plates, nourishing vitality power bowls, summer picnics or winter soups and broths with home made bread. We promise whatever the season, you will nourished, rested and wowed by our living food!

Through weave from our gathered materials and create our stunning wall art to take home, &#x27;Earth&#x27;s Dream Catchers&#x27;. Foraging walks where we gather springs offerings for our creative project and dinner table. Whilst you gain knowledge about all the nature from the hedgerows, fields and woods we can eat right now from edible weeds, flowers and plants to fill our buddha bowls up for lunch. Woven together with guided meditations, and relaxation. This day is a true gift for yourself, and perfect to give as a gift to loved ones.

Our Re Earth word for the day... Hope...Just look out at the countryside to give you the first feeling of HOPE. Everywhere there is an effervescent hue of vibrant green as we marvel at the new buds, fluffy blossoms, leaves and flowers reaching out and erupting into life in our surrounding garden and countryside.Hope of new life, and fresh beginnings are in the air. Earth is showing us what HOPE looks like. Join us for a day filled with placing our hands in the earth, planting a weaving intention of HOPE for the year ahead. About Wild Ivy RetreatsOur intimate countryside retreats improve feelings of happiness, lower heart rates, boost immune systems and offer feelings of comfort and positivity amongst nature. Caroline &amp; Rosie paint, cook, weave, build, sew, garden, write and host the days. They create everything from scratch and reuse, recycle and make do as much as possible with an ambition to encourage others to be zero waste. They invite guests to join them in the craft workshop to create from foraged nature, create our own home blended flower, herb tisanes and cordials along with a colourful variety of plant based dishes, lovingly made often using foraged foods we have collected or dug up from the garden.
