In this lunchtime session, we will be looking at how we can support mentees in building their professional and support network, both at Sussex and beyond.
The Community of Practice is open to all staff who have attended mentoring training and are providing mentoring to a colleague at Sussex. If you haven’t attended before, you are very welcome to join.
The CoP provides mentors with the opportunity to:
- Share insights and best practice
- Receive co-supervision from peers
- Build mentoring capability
- Practice and enhance knowledge.
This session will be facilitated by Sarah O'Malley, Organisational Development Adviser.
