It is often difficult to make space solely for ourselves.</p><p>How can we live more deliberately, rediscover our values and what’s important and use these as a guiding star through times of challenge and uncertainty? </p><p>These workshops are for you If you have a lot on your plate, if you feel stretched, overwhelmed and struggle to say no.  </p><p>Through reflection, mindfulness, and self-awareness practices we will explore what living deliberately means to you and how, by bringing the intention to look at this you can begin to see the woods for the trees. </p><p>To feel less overwhelmed and preoccupied with negative thoughts and feelings and more able to see the beauty in front of you as it unfolds moment to moment. </p><p></p><h2>Dedicate a day to yourself for you at Sussex Prairie Gardens, a hidden jewel in the stunning Sussex countryside.</h2><p></p><h3>What to expect</h3><p>•	Time for you, away from all responsibility in a supportive space.</p><p>•	Discover what it means to you to live deliberately.</p><p>•	Feel lighter and leave with clear next steps to nurture your self-care.</p><p>•	Be introduced to guided practices that can easily be integrated into your life.</p><p>•	Free access to the beautiful Sussex Prairie Gardens for the rest of the day.</p><p>•	Resources to take home to continue your journey.</p><p></p><h3>More about this workshop - Rediscover Your Guiding Star</h3><ul><li>Rediscover what is truly important to you.</li><li>Explore the values  that are unique to you and the qualities that define them.</li><li>Notice how these values show up for you day to day and how they can help you to make informed and empowered choices.</li><li>Explore how to honour your values and how they you keep on track to live a richer, more fulfilled life.</li></ul><p></p><h3>This workshop is intended to help you to:</h3><p>Take a fresh look at  the things that you believe are important in the way you live and work. </p><p>Identify the values that are a central part  of who you are and look at how these may have changed throughout your life.</p><p>Gain more clarity  and learn reflective practice to help you check in with your values on a regular basis.</p><p></p><h3>Delivery</h3><p>This is a live in-person workshop at  Sussex Prairie Gardens, near Henfield, West Sussex, UK.</p><p>Enjoy exclusive access to the gardens for the duration of the workshop with free access for the remainder of the day.</p><p>There is a café on site where you can purchase hot and cold drinks and delicious homemade cake.
