A special topic webinar focusing on the concept of Digital Wellbeing and its relevance to gambling harm reduction approaches.

Today&#x27;s ever-growing online world has significant impacts, positive and negative, on our lives. Digital Wellbeing describes the balancing act involved in taking advantage of the many positive benefits that technology can provide, while reducing its negative impacts and the risk of harm.In this webinar, we will discuss the concept of Digital Wellbeing particularly with regards to young people&#x27;s health and wellbeing. We will discuss how this concept relates to gambling harm reduction approaches, share relevant research and offer recommendations to those working with children, young people and families in Scotland.
