Join UMEUS and Hilary Curtis on a 6 week online course looking at how mindful somatic practices can support us in recognising and meeting our needs, especially in challenging times. This next course will be focusing on the art of slowing down, slow living and being present.Run by our wonderful Mindful practitioner Hilary Curtis. Each session will include meditation, sharing and a focus on developing inner resources for us to take into our daily lives. The cost of the course is £50.00
