<p>Welcome - we are delivering this Introduction to hypnobirthing education in preparation for the birth of your baby.</p><p>We recognise that maternity services is under strain at present and so this class is about empowering you to be ready and to give you holistic ways to support you in labour. </p><h3><em>**In this session we will cover**</em>
</h3><h3>- Fear - Tension - Pain in labour
</h3><h3>- Calm Breathing Technique for labour
</h3><h3>- Relaxation and Self-Hypnosis for Pregnancy &amp; Birth.
</h3><h3>- Question and Answer Session.
</h3><h3>BIRTH PARTNER WELCOME!</h3><p>The session will follow up with an email sharing more resources and meditation audios with you to promote and support you in further preparation for birth.</p><p>You might like to bring with you a pillow/yoga mat for the relaxation - who doesn't love a bit of relaxation right?</p><p>PLEASE NOTE: This is a free session. </p><p>We ask you to attend only if you and your birth partner are well. </p><p>The class is ideal for you if you are doing home preparation with hypnobirthing or those that are completely new to hypnobirthing. </p><p>If you have any questions please do contact us. </p><p></p><p></p>
