Social Bike Ride for Women on a Beginner+ Level  including a break

Alexandra Palace Way

This is a relatively slow paced women's only ride suitable for anyone who can pedal, brake and steer the bike and is comfortable on very quiet roads. The ride will be led by experienced ride leaders.We will be meeting at 10:00h at Alexandra Palace, where South Terrace and Bedford Road intersect Alexandra Palace Way, London N22 7AY We will ride to Finsbury Park where we will stop for a break at a cafe before riding back to Alexandra Palace. We aim to be back by 12:30h. We will set off promptly so please make sure you arrive on time.This route does have some hills - but nothing steep.Please bring with you:<ul><li>A helmet if you wish to wear one</li><li>Gloves in case it's cold</li><li>Water and Snacks</li><li>Money/Card if you wish to buy snacks </li><li>Spare inner tube for your own bike</li><li>A bike lock for your own bike</li></ul><ul></ul>PLEASE NOTE:If you can't come pls let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to someone on our waiting list as places are very limited at the moment.Please administer a lateral flow test to yourself on the morning of the ride. Do not come if you test positive, or if you have Covid symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms or if you have been asked to self isolate.If you have any further questions pls email us on mariam@joyriders.org.uk
