We think talking about the menopause over a cuppa is a great way to spend some time. Menopause cafes are open to everyone to attend but places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Come along and join for an informal chat with colleagues.

A menopause café is a safe and confidential space to share stories and discuss all things menopause. The café will be run in accordance with the Menopause Café Principles:

It is held in an accessible, respectful and confidential space where people can express their views safely.
There is no pre-set agenda, participants choose topics on the day
Open for all regardless of gender or age
There is no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action

We want the whole world talking about the menopause.

Please note, this event will take place in the Meeting House on campus.

Mince Pies and spiced apple juice will be provided but please bring your own lunch.

Please register using your Sussex email address (e.g. ab123@sussex). A link to join the session will be emailed to you the day before the event.
