Our aim is to provide a supportive, environment for personal, professional networking, advise and individual growth.Our network provides monthly mastermind group sessions, webinars, networking online and in person.  We also provide a range of workshops, and seminars to help you gain the skills, knowledge, and information to move forward. So, we've created an event that will allow you to hear from our list of expert speakers, who not only share tips and ideas but also talk from their own experiences. Her talk will focus on building strength and resilience through embracing vulnerability. She will share a number of her life experiences how they have led her to where she is now.

She will cover topics like Body image and eating disorders, addiction, financial struggles, relationship breakdowns, grief and how connection, breaking stigma’s and busted taboo’s can lead to empowerment.------Linda Neville, Founder, SanaMente	Topic title: Mental Health for SuccessLinda will be highlighting the need for good mental health and wellbeing in these post-Covid times, focussing on how to understand ourselves, accept life is challenging and that there are personal obstacles for each of us to overcome. She will also explain how to build resilience and coping strategies to help us live the life we want, doing the things we want to do in the way we want to do them. 	Bio:An extensive career, in a variety of Mental Health clinical settings, managerial and leadership roles within the NHS, now in Private Practice. Linda is skilled in understanding the context of complex human challenges, obstacles and ambitions. She has a passion for helping people to overcome adversity and challenge, assisting them to recognise and use their unique skills and talents to thrive in work and life. She is the Founder of Strive with SanaMente a flexible and responsive online programme that guides people to better mental health by learning to understand it themselves. Each member is assessed on enrolment and then given direction on what they need to learn to help them. Members are pro-actively engaged via text, email and a private Facebook group that offers the support of a community should they need it. With some personal stories I faced on the journey, and how I manage such a busy worklife balance every day. Reputation is everything, Carla started Saffron from nothing 11 years ago and turned it into a multi-million-pound company and the success it is today as one of the leading caterers in the Midlands.-------Amanda Daly, Founder, The Turnaround CEO.Topic title: Guilt and Desire Why wanting more can make us feel guilty? A discussion into mindset, rules, thoughts, and culture and how they can get in our way.Bio:Having graduated from University with a BSc degree in Sociology. My first position was in PR, representing several IT companies. I joined a small telecoms company to start my sales career and then began my career with Daly Telecommunications. I remained in this company for 21 years, working up from Sales Executive to the Managing Director. In 2016 I set up a consultancy running alongside Dalycom called The Turnaround CEO. In 2019, I exited Dalycom to concentrate on The Turnaround CEO. After five years of trading as the Turnaround CEO, I currently coach and consult 12 different businesses which stretch from Micro business owners through to larger SMEs. In 2020 created a coaching centre and rebranded to Daly Insight – Mind and Business. Chair for the Spirit Group board in Leicestershire. I am part of the DeMontfort University help to grow the mentoring programme, supporting business owners through the scheme. I currently am a Trustee board member for the charity Menphys and I am a member of the DeMontfort University Business and Law Advisory Board.
