Social Enterprise is a way of doing business that benefits the wider community and/or the environment. Those working for a social enterprise are paid but volunteers are also important in achieving the social and environmental benefits.During this learning session we’ll cover:<ul><li>how a social enterprise differs from a main stream private business</li><li>how do you set one up</li><li>what support is available to help you</li><li>what are existing social enterprises doing and how you can learn from them?</li></ul>Come along and learn how and where to start your journey with some practical exercises.

GrowBiz provide enterprise support to businesses, enterprises and the self-employed in rural Scotland (i.e. out with cities)- please only a book a place if you are based in rural Scotland.This event will take place on zoom, it will not be recorded.
