<h3>28-30 October 2022, Pendulum Hotel &amp; Conference Centre, Sackville Street, Manchester, UK</h3><p><strong>NO BOOKING FEES</strong></p><p></p><h1>An unmissable celebration of horror, science fiction &amp; fantasy cinema and TV, we&#x27;ve attracted some of the biggest names in the industry since 1990</h1><h1></h1><h1>Meet this year&#x27;s  guests!</h1><h3><strong>JEREMY DYSON</strong>: Screenwriter, author, and one of the League of Gentlemen, he created and co-wrote the West End show Ghost Stories and its film adaptation.</h3><h3><strong>JUDY MATHESON</strong>: With a diverse career on stage, in movies and TV, Judy is probably best-known for the Hammer horror films Lust for a Vampire and Twins of Evil!</h3><h3><strong>DANI THOMPSON</strong>: Horror actress, writer and producer, we&#x27;re thrilled this Australian-born scream queen has found time in her busy schedule to join us in Manchester.</h3><h3><strong>DAVID McGILLIVRAY</strong>: Legendary actor, producer, playwright and screenwriter who achieved cult status with his scripts for Norman J. Warren and Pete Walker.</h3><h3><strong>DEAN KILBEY</strong>: Fast-rising star of film and TV, Dean is joining us for a screening of his hot new creature-feature ManFish (2022) along with its director Marc Coleman.</h3><h3><strong>ADAM NEVILL</strong>: Multi-award winning horror author - two of his books, The Ritual and No One Gets Out Alive, have been adapted into feature films.</h3><p>Catch up with other horror and fantasy authors including <strong>Ramsey Campbell</strong>, <strong>Stephen Laws</strong>, <strong>Mark Morris</strong>, and <strong>Stephen Gallagher</strong>.</p><p>We hope actor and stuntman <strong>PAUL FLANAGAN</strong>  can join us to introduce a late night screening of cult director Cliff Twemlow&#x27;s Predator: The Quietus. </p><p>We also hope to be joined by <strong>Frazer Diamond</strong>,<strong> </strong>artist &amp; writer, in conversation about the extraordinary film &amp; TV career of his father - stuntman, fight arranger, director &amp; actor Peter Diamond.</p><p>Unfortunately, <strong>ALICE LOWE</strong> has been forced to cancel. WARREN AWARD:</h3><p>More than 1,000 films were submitted for this long-running competition. We&#x27;re bringing to Manchester an amazing array of horror, science fiction and fantasy short films from locations including Brazil, USA, Australia, Mexico, Iran, Spain, UK, Ukraine, Taiwan, Turkey and Germany.</p><p></p><h3>NIGEL KNEALE CENTENARY EVENT - &#x27;TOMATO CAIN&#x27; BOOK LAUNCH: </h3><p>Special event in partnership with publisher Comma Press. Nigel Kneale was one of the 20th century’s most prolific and visionary screenwriters - we’re delighted to launch this long awaited re-issue of his short story collection. The event includes a panel with editor and Kneale biographer Andy Murray, Jeremy Dyson, Ramsey Campbell, Dr Jennifer Wallis of Headpress, and authors Stephen Laws and Mark Morris.
