Join us this Spring in the atmospheric TOKC courtyard garden with live-fire cooking &amp; Big Green Eggspert, Ross Anderson for a lively and interactive masterclass event. Cost: £105 per person What you will learn: <ul><li>How to cook easy, quick and healthy meals on a kamado style BBQ</li><li>An introduction to the Big Green Egg and foundation on lighting and fuel/ temperature management</li><li>Modes of cookery and theory behind cooking over fire</li><li>The importance of sourcing the right produce, cuts and ingredients </li><li>Takeaway notes on all of the above</li></ul>What you will drink / eat:<ul><li>Welcome TOKC gin cocktail</li><li>Reverse seared picanha with szechuan pepper &amp; roasted tomato salsa</li><li>The ultimate cauliflower cheese</li><li>Tequila, coriander, garlic and chilli prawns</li><li>Baba ganoush, toasted tortilla &amp; pine nuts</li><li>Baked fruit cobbler</li><li>Beer, wine and soft drinks to accompany the meal</li></ul><aside>Covid-safe.
