<p>This session will briefly review the research on attributes of 21st-century graduate-ness. One of the attributes of a 21st-century graduate is to develop transition skills during times of uncertainty.   The main part of the session will review the transition skills and strategies report from the QAA in Scotland. Researchers identified six skills and strategies including resilience, critical self-reflection, mindset, self-management of expectations, self-belief and time management for independent learning. </p>
