Centred around ‘New Directions and Embracing Change’ H&amp;H Group announces details of its free online webinar, to mark this year’s International Women’s Day, on Tuesday 8th March. Topics will cover the key trends in the expanding glamping market and how to maximise potential returns, how to ensure the agri-industries achieve Net Zero and the challenges faced by dairy farmers. Featuring all female panellists, who offer extensive knowledge and understanding of their specialist areas, Lisa Wilson of Canopy and Stars, the UK’s leading glamping agency will start the discussions. With many rural businesses urgently needing to adapt and diversify, the aim of this free webinar is set to spark a conversation on how best to help them meet these challenges head on. It will highlight the leading role women are already playing in preparing for a greener, even more successful future. The webinar will be chaired by <a href="https://hhgroupplc.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">H&amp;H Group</a> who will support speakers: •	Lisa Wilson, Businesses Development Manager for <a href="https://www.canopyandstars.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Canopy and Stars </a>who will discuss “The Key Trends in Glamping and How to Maximise Potential Returns”. •	Dairy Farmer Jane Arrell, who will talk about “The Challenges in Dairy Farming and How to Overcome Them”.•	Kim Howard, Operations Manager at coffee shop milk specialists <a href="https://bradesfarm.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Brades Farm</a>, who will cover “The Importance of Becoming Carbon Neutral in Dairy Farming”.Chief Executive Richard Rankin said, “To mark International Women’s Day, we really wanted to both showcase some of the hugely successful women working in the Agricultural and Rural Business Sectors, and provide best practice examples of how enterprises can diversify and maximise revenue, all whilst achieving their net zero targets. Since time began women have been integral to land stewardship and our panellists bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Together they will offer the opportunity to discuss new ideas, to help businesses evolve and meet customers ever-rising expectations. Lisa Wilson, a former charity fundraiser, is the Business Development Manager at Canopy &amp; Stars, who have a website that finds the most exciting and inspiring places to go glamping in the UK and abroad. They offer owners help and advice from personal experience to build a meaningful and sustainable business. Lisa will give a presentation on how you can diversify into glamping the financial rewards and the key market trends to maximise your return.

Jane Arrell is a dairy farmer, with a herd of Holstein and Jersey cows. She has many years’ experience in the dairy industry, having been brought up on a dairy farm in Cheshire before managing the prizewinning Alderbarrow herd until their recent dispersal. She has been on the Holstein UK judging panel for over twenty years, appraising at many shows such as the Royal Highland Show and the Northern Ireland Calf Show to name but two and this year is one of the all female line up of judges at the Harrison &amp; Hetherington annual UK Borderway Dairy Expo.

Kim Howard was a former Event Director and Project Manager who went on to develop leadership programmes for growing SMEs on behalf of Lancaster University Management School. This is where she met Joe Towers, who convinced her to join him running the dairy side of Brades Farm. Her current role entails everything from operations, marketing, account management, sales and accounts. She will talk about how working with the Swiss company Mootral has helped them become the first dairy farm to reduce their methane emissions by 30%.H&amp;H Group pride themselves on their commitment to future proofing their businesses and are delighted that this webinar will offer advice on how to do the same for other rural enterprises.
