Share how older and disabled people are being supported across Kent  -  what other services do they want or need?

<p>Social enterprise Community Catalysts is working with Kent County Council to link with local passionate people who want to develop their own community micro-enterprises offering care and support in Kent. In essence it’s local people helping other local people who need some help and support to live and stay at home or to have a good life in the community.

</li><li>Do you know of any small enterprises (may be a sole trader/up to 8 staff) already offering care and support at home OR activities in the community for older or disabled people?
