Maternal Mental Health Peer Support Group - face to face meeting.

King's Church, Aberdeen

Did you know that around 1 in 5 Mums will develop a mental illness in the ante/perinatal period? At LATNEM we are mums with lived experience. We’ve been there and now provide a safe, free peer support group for mums.Come and join us for a cup of tea and a chat about motherhood, mental health and so much more. You will be made very welcome and please feel free to bring your children.Our LATNEM volunteers will be on hand for signposting and support if needed and we'll have our brilliant resource library available if there are any books around maternal mental health that you'd like to borrow, or if you fancy trying some mindful crafts or colouring.Don't be a stranger, you do not have to be referred or have a confirmed diagnosis, any mum with children of any age is welcome to join LATNEM for support with their mental health.You are not alone.
