<h3>The Integrated Care System or ICS is progressing towards a maturity date of 01.07.2021. It is a huge construct with many moving parts, but a principal feature of any ICS is that it must embed the VCSE into its workings. This conference will attempt to demystify the various moving parts of the ICS, and how the VCSE can best organise itself to take advantage of the opportunities on offer. The ICS cannot engage with 1,000 organisations in the North of Northamptonshire, so what is it the VCSE want and why?</h3>09.45 am: Registration and Refreshments.

10.30 am: Setting the scene for the ICS (Naomi Eisenstadt)
10.50 am: Point of Place Transformation (David Watts of North Northamptonshire Council)
11.10 am: The CYP Transformation Pillars (Jo Fletcher of NHFT)
11.30 am: Experience of the Collaboratives (Sarah Hillier of Northamptonshire MIND)
11.50 am: The VCSE Assembly and the Thematic Groups (Kerri Marshall-Duckett and Miranda Wixon)
12.10 pm: Questions for the Speakers
12.30 pm: Lunch
13.15 pm: Workshop Question (Delegates will be divided into tables)
The ICS cannot work with every single organisation so how does the VCSE want to organise itself to extract the best from what’s on offer? 

Based upon what the Guest Speakers have said is there a meaningful approach that can be taken that benefits all?
