'Meet the Charity' Networking Event - Hosted by SECE Mind

South East and Central Essex Mind provides mental health support across Southend-on-Sea, Chelmsford, Rochford, Castle Point and South Woodham Ferrers. We offer supported housing, counselling services, wellbeing mentoring for young people and signposting for anyone who needs it. We are also a provider of mental health training, education and professional services to schools, businesses and fellow charities in our area.We have a track record of over 50 years of delivering quality mental health services in the area. Although affiliated to national Mind, we are an independent organisation and charity and are responsible for our own funding mental health services in the South East and Central Essex region. Our vision is of a society that promotes and protects good mental health for all and that treats everyone experiencing mental health problems fairly, positively and with respect.

South East and Central Essex Mind would like to invite to this free event on Thursday 29 September. Whether you are part of a business interested in improving workplace wellbeing or an individual looking to fundraise - All are welcome!Complimentary tea, coffee and cakes will be available throughout the afternoon.There will be the chance to network with like-minded members of the community and browse our resource stands. We will be joined by local mental health groups such as Run Free, Andy&#x27;s Man Club and London Southend Airport who will also be promoting their activities and sharing their experience of working with SECE Mind.If you would be interested in having a table at this event, please get in touch with us at fundraising@secemind.org.ukYou will be able to find out more about our work and how to get involved with our future plans, fundraising events and volunteer opportunities. We will also have information on our charity partnerships and how we can help support your business or organisation through our wellbeing sessions and mental health training.We will also be holding a raffle that will include the chance to win a free mental health training session for your workplace or group. All donations raised will help fund our services.You are welcome to drop by this event at any time during the afternoon but we hope to see you for the duration!
