Jo Wimble-Groves is a successful tech entrepreneur and the co-owner of an award-winning global communications company called Active Digital. Jo is a mum of three and a passionate advocate of women and girls. In 2016, she started her Guilty Mother blog about parenting, work-life balance and how we can instil resilience into our kids. Jo is also a keynote speaker and in 2010, she was named as one of Management Today’s “35 under 35” as seen in The Sunday Times. Jo is an international author and her book; Rise of the Girl - Seven Empowering Conversations to have with your Daughter is available now in the UK, the US and Australia. Jo will talking today to about How to be a Female Change Maker

Grace Graham, the owner of Keep It Simple Training Company, talks about turning things around in her business and life after suffering a mental breakdown and surviving therapy a year before the pandemic. Her business provides short online CPD certified courses and training consultancy to organisations on Equality Diversity &amp; Inclusion, with a special focus on Anti-racism. Grace also lectures on Business and Management Apprenticeships programmes, is the FSB Diversity &amp; Inclusion Lead for Greater London and Mentor for the Mayor of London's Entrepreneurship Mentoring Scheme.

Jane Knight, founder of Successful MumsJane’s background working in enterprise, funding and education, being a qualified teacher, career advisor and coach is a solid base for founding Successful Mums in 2014. After facing resistance to coming back to work part time herself, Jane knew she could help other mums in the same position.Fast forward to 2021. Successful Mums is a team of 10, award winning and accredited. We’ve helped over 6,000 mums regain their confidence and purpose after having children.Jane has contributed to a number of government policy papers, sits on a number of women’s digital boards across South East of England, is a Judge for a number of London awards and is a key voice in shaping future Ofqual accredited training courses.
