Andy is a marketing coach and Lindsay is a business coach.  They both run workshops and work with individuals on their Private Practice.  By combining their specialist areas, they have created a unique workshop to help boost your private practice.

This workshop will kick start (or reboot!) your private practice, helping you become more comfortable and confident with your decisions.

Let&#x27;s face it, running a private practice isn&#x27;t easy. Whether you&#x27;re just starting out or have been established for some time, we&#x27;ll help you become more confident and comfortable with building and running your practice.About the speakersAndrew has been working in private practice for 7 years. Prior to becoming a therapist Andrew was involved in and ran a number of successful businesses in marketing, radio and events. This experience and knowledge helped Andrew build a successful private practice quickly and comfortably.  Andrew now provides one-to-one and workshop support to other counsellors with a focus on growing their own sustainable private practice. During this workshop, he will share doable, ethical ways to market and build your practice.Lindsay has been running her own private practice on the London / Surrey border since 2018. Prior to becoming a counsellor, Lindsay was a freelance IT consultant for over 15 years, working with major blue-chip companies. In addition to running her private practice, Lindsay also runs workshops for therapists to support the business side of private practice. In this training, Linzi will be focusing on creating a business mindset and how to track your finances.What we&#x27;ll coverThe workshop will be delivered over 4 sessions. There will be plenty of time for discussion as well as a Q&amp;A at the end of the day.<ul><li>Business AND Counselling</li><li>Taking the &#x27;Ouch&#x27; Out Of Marketing</li><li>Marketing Mindset: Into Action</li><li>Understanding Your Business Finances</li></ul>What You&#x27;ll GetBy the end of the workshop, you&#x27;ll feel inspired, comfortable and more confident in identifying and achieving your goals.You&#x27;ll also receive our yearly planner to help you plan your business and marketing tasks.You&#x27;ll also receive a CPD certificate as well as handouts for each session.There&#x27;s an optional follow up refocusing session approx 4 weeks after the workshop. This is a one hour zoom call which gives you the chance to put some ideas into action and ask any further questions.
