We are Thames Life, a community development trust working alongside the people of Thames View, Barking Riverside, and Scrattons Farm, to champion residents driving change.

At this workshop we will be creating a compost area, filling and building more planters and getting an update on the designs for BFF.

Join our hands-on workshop where you will join local residents in building, growing and socialising in the Barking Food Forest.More about the project:Barking Food Forest is a new community gardening project in Barking Riverside that will benefit local children, young people, families and wider residents of all ages.The Barking Food Forest will be next to the Riverside Campus. It is a great location that boasts part of the nearby Thames Estuary, in which Brackish water species live.
