This is something that we will focus on in this session.Venue:Edmund Kell Unitarian Church, Bellevue Road, Southampton SO15 2AY I use a variety of sound healing instruments collected from my travels around the world to create a completely immersive sound and vibration experience that will take you on a magical journey and leave you feeling fantastic and revitalised. The perfect way to end your week and feel recharged and ready for a new week ahead.Come along, lay down in our warm, cosy, candle lit venue and treat yourself to some well deserved &#x27;you time&#x27;.ADVANCED BOOKING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS WE ONLY HAVE A LIMITED CAPACITY AND OUR LAST EVENT SOLD OUT.To book your space, just follow the link below...Energy exchange is £20 + fees per person.You will need to bring with you:Comfy clothing, a warm blanket and some water to drink. Optional extras; A pillow and an extra yoga mat or blanket to lay on top of if you would like some extra comfort (we do supply yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own along too if you like).
