Join us for a free interactive awareness session on Tuberculosis.

World TB Day is observed on March 24 each year to raise public awareness and understanding about one of the world’s deadliest infectious killers - TB and it’s devastating health, social and economic impact on people around the world. According to the Tuberculosis in England National quarterly report, it is reported that by the end of 2021, 1,568 people in London were diagnosed with TB. In Redbridge we can play our part to reduce that figure further and help keep our community healthy. Run by our experienced, locally trained Health Buddies, join this free online interactive awareness session to learn about TB and how you can avoid it. The session will include:- Introduction to Redbridge CVS- What is Tuberculosis?- Myths and Misconceptions - Treatment and Support- Ways to protect yourself and others from TB
