We’ve all been in a restaurant where the server has asked, “is everything okay with your meal?”. Though even when the answer in your head is a ‘No’, have you ever found yourself saying ‘yes’ to avoid having to explain yourself?If this sounds like you, or you’d simply like a few tips and tricks on how to say no nicely, then Sonya O’Sullivan from Stratus Associates Ltd, is here to assist.You have heard of ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’? Well, come and join Sonya to learn her ‘Four Steps and a Killer Sentence’ … towards saying NO nicely! This doesn’t mean being awkward or aggressive, it simply means giving equal weight to your own needs too.

Which Ticket do you need?
SUBS Networking &amp; Learning Events are a benefit for our SUBS Partners.
If you are not a SUBS Partner, you need to register for a SUBS Guest ticket £5.
If you are a First Timer, i.e. someone who has not been on any SUBS Networking &amp; Learning Event before, you may join us for free. Also, if this is your first time back after lockdown, you may select the First Timer ticket option.
Returning guests will need a SUBS Guest Ticket (cost is £5).
Why do SUBS Guests need to pay?
Due to the increase in cost of running an event, whether that be room hire, teas and coffees, or other factors, we have introduced this new pricing.
We hope you’ll agree that the fees are minimal and understand our reasons for introducing them.
Refund policy:
Please note the cost of a SUBS Guest ticket includes the Eventbrite service fee charge (£0.98) which is non-refundable.
The remaining ticket balance is refundable up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days of the event there are no refunds or transfers.
