She is also on the Mental Health &amp; Wellbeing Committee for Snowsport England.</p><p>Natalie has designed &amp; delivered impactful Performance Wellbeing sessions with colleagues at eBay UK. You can find out more about Natalie's work at MindtonicTherapy.com. </p><h3></h3><h3>Josh McWilliams, Head of UK Exports, eBay</h3><h3>Panellist. he/him</h3><p>Josh leads UK Exports and empowers all eBay sellers to unlock economic opportunity and navigate the complications of selling internationally. This is complemented by his prior experience of  working in category management, merchandising and retail consultancy.</p><p>Josh is passionate about mental health and is an advocate for bringing this to the forefront of everything we do at eBay.</p><h3></h3><h3>Neeti Awasthi, Head of Business Planning, eBay</h3><h3>Panellist. she/her</h3><p>Neeti is the Head of Business Operations and Chief of Staff for eBay UK. She is part of the UK leadership team and primarily responsible for overseeing the efficient running of various business initiatives across the organisation. </p><p>Neeti is also the lead of <em>Generation eBay</em>, a graduate leadership development program.</p><h3></h3><h3>Zeenath Khan, Senior Director People, eBay</h3><h3>Panellist. she/her</h3><p>Zeenath has been with eBay for nearly 12 years, initially in finance before moving to the People Team. She now focuses on the European teams and partners with eBay’s leaders to engage a diverse community of employees with meaningful work experiences that fuel eBay's success.</p><h3></h3><h3>Luke Davis, Co-Founder and COO, Diversifying</h3><h3>Moderator. he/him</h3><p>Luke is the COO of Diversifying Group (a D&amp;I Services organisation) and Co-Founder of Diversifying.io (a careers platform).  Having been in work since the year 2000, Luke has worked in some extremely stressful environments and has seen first hand how the world of work has changed, especially in its approach to stress and wellbeing.</p><p>Luke has sadly lost two very close friends to suicide and volunteers as Chair of the Matt Palmer Trust, a charity set up to support positive mental health through fundraising, sport and training in memory of Matt Palmer.  Luke is also a qualified mental health first aider and advocate of encouraging men to talk more.</p>
