Resonate 2022 Festival

Over 70 individual events, drop-in activities, games and experiences - something for all the family to enjoy during the April school break.

Resonate 2022 is a three-day extravaganza on the University of Warwick campus between 19-21 April.

This special concert introduces Chinese culture to the audience through beautiful music, poetry and songs in both Chinese and English. Providing subtle and reflective insights into their rich culture, the audience are promised an experience full of musical artistry and poignant poetry.The concert also features Yuanfan’s improvisations – his particularly esteemed skill - where Yuanfan invites audience members to give him a theme, or sing a few notes, including a phrase from known songs or operas, and then suggest styles/genres. From this, Yuanfan can create an original piece of music on the spot. Come prepared with your own suggestions!
