You create a new relationship to the five key pillars of your health: Eating, Physical Activity, Sleep, Mind, and Relationships.HOW YOU LEARNIt is a simple yet effective education delivered online via ten webinars over a 12 week period, and you get to belong to a global community of FITBANKERs committed to your success.Like all successful people, you get to have a personal Coach assigned to you - who through weekly 1 hour group coaching calls will support you on your 90 Days journey.You start by discovering more about yourself via a Commencement Questionnaire to ascertain your body type, and accordingly receive a tailored meal and training plan guidelines, access to our private members-only Facebook FITBANKER Campus.Above all else: A Lifestyle Education that lasts a lifetime.LOVE LIFE.
