This sleep webinar will talk about why sleep is so important.

This Heales Medical sleep webinar will go through why sleep is so important and yet one of the first things to be sacrificed for most people. We will discuss the impacts of sleep deprivation on your body and how this can then, in turn, affect your work life. We will be going through the signs of sleep deprivation and the various potential causes you may not be aware of. And finally, we will be identifying ways of improving your sleep and speaking about sleep hygiene and how best to implement it.Please register using your Sussex email address and ensure you have access to Zoom. Please note, there is a cancellation charge of £50 per person which will be charged to your Unit for &#x27;no-shows&#x27; on the day, or cancellations made within 3 working days of an event, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
