This Study Day aims to provide an overview of advanced topics in 2D materials research for postdoctoral and postgraduate researchers.

On 26 June 2023, European Graphene Flagship, Phantom Foundation and Henry Royce Institute will run ‘2D Materials Study Day’, as a pre-conference day for Graphene 2023, a large international event hosted by the University of Manchester. This Study Day aims to provide an overview of state of the art and advanced topics in 2D materials research for postdoctoral and postgraduate researchers. The Study Day programme will include lectures by Professors Camilla Coletti (IIT, Italy), Kristian Sommer Thygesen (DTU, Denmark), Roman Gorbachev (University of Manchester, UK), Sergio Valenzuela (ICN2, Spain), Matthew Yankowitz (University of Washington, USA) and Stephan Hofmann (University of Cambridge, UK). If you are a postdoctoral or postgraduate researcher working in the field of 2D Materials and wish to apply for one of the limited free of charge places, click &#x27;reserve a spot&#x27; and complete the form . Applications will be reviewed and successful applicants will be informed as soon as possible and no later then 2 weeks before the event.
