3-day Agendashift + X-matrix Masterclass, Brighton
Event Information
Description
Right before the Lean Agile Brighton 2018 conference, three days of outcome-oriented change with Mike Burrows and Karl Scotland, exploring the intersection of various topics including the x-matrix, catchball, strategy deployment, transformation strategy, leadership, and continuous transformation.
As you’d expect from two of the Lean-Agile community’s leading exponents of participatory approaches to strategy, it’s not classroom teaching but an immersive hands-on workshop.
Our agenda isn't rigid; it's the philosophy of "core or better" applied to what is now a well-practised flow, allowing plenty of time for deep dives on a wide range of complementary models and tools that can integrate in surprising ways.
