3-week Beginners Pilates Course
This course is perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to Pilates.
Starts Friday 13th March at 10:30-11:15am, for 3 consecutive weeks.
This course is perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to Pilates. Over the three weeks, you’ll be guided through the basics at a steady, supportive pace. We’ll focus on core strength, posture, alignment, flexibility, and breath, helping you build confidence and awareness in your movement. Each session is designed to help you move safely and comfortably, with skills you can take into future classes or your own practice.
The course also includes one free pass to attend a class from our weekly schedule, so you can experience a regular session alongside the course.
