Kensington & Chelsea Property Group

The Kensington & Chelsea Property Group (KCPG) event runs on the 3rd Tuesday in each month.  We attract a  range of property and business speakers who present about their journey to market and their expertise and knowledge in their specialist field. Our aim is to deliver value for our audience and connect attendees with each other in the room, to help create some great business connections.It is organised and hosted by Tolani Onajide. Tolani has been investing in property since 2012. She is a chartered architect and property developer, currently developing homes in London.  She also owns NKILI Architecture a RIBA chartered practice based in Mayfair. Through her practice  her projects have ranged from a private box at Tottenham stadium and several successful planning applications in the UK to luxury villas in Dakar, Senegal.
