Annabel experienced a spontaneous brain aneurysm in 2010 that left her with severely impaired short term memory. Through her own determination and research Annabel was able to survive and thrive with her injury and went on to gain her MBA and become a licensed Brain Trainer with world brain expert Dr Amen. Annabel now works as campaigner and public speaker to share her experience, teach people how to optimise their brain health and raise the profile of brain injuries as well as breaking the taboos around having a brain injury.
