We are heavily involved with our local community in West London and run a wide range of events throughout the year that members of the public can get involved with, from public lectures on our research, to arts and cultural events.

While encountering our research, you’ll have a chance to test your grip strength, analyse your gait, offer feedback in our hearing lab, see expert demonstrations on physiotherapy exercises, and much more!Browse our research posters and presentations, meet researchers and practitioners over a free networking lunch, and discover some of our diverse research activities and the many opportunities to participate in impactful research.Explore our photography exhibition, revealing the wonderful world of our cell biology, curated by the Centre for Genome Engineering and Maintenance.Plus, marking Dementia Action Week, we discover how creativity and research can combine to support those living with dementia. Drop in and get creative in an art workshop open to all, with <a href="https://creativeminds.art/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Creative Minds</a>. All this and much more. We look forward to welcoming you back on campus during the Brunel Research Festival

This event is part of the <a href="https://www.brunel.ac.uk/research/Research-Festival" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Brunel Research Festival</a>, a packed programme of online and on-campus activities throughout May, open to all. Showcasing the world-class and challenge-led research carried out by our colleagues from across the University, the Festival is a month-long celebration of the diverse impacts that research has on society, both in the UK and globally.
